The bunk beds are more comfortable than the price suggests, and the place stays clean enough that most guests don’t think twice about it. That said, the bathroom situation is a known variable – some dorms have shared bathrooms inside the room itself, which is either fine or a dealbreaker depending on how you travel. This is a place for people who want to be in the middle of things, not away from them. If you need silence and privacy, look elsewhere. If you want somewhere social with a good location and staff who actually care, this works.
