Brick oven pizza spot in General Luna that opened recently and is already making people embarrassingly enthusiastic about dough. The sourdough crust is the real story here – thin, airy, crispy outside, soft inside, and somehow light enough that you won’t hate yourself after two slices. The oven runs hot and fast (pizzas out in 5-10 minutes), and the ingredients read as good quality rather than the usual island compromise. The Indulgenza, Calabrese, and Salami K are the ones people keep ordering twice. The space is cozy, the staff are friendly without being performative about it, and the lemonade is worth ordering. Still in early days, which means the menu is tight – don’t come expecting pasta or mains beyond pizza.
