Internet is Starlink satellite at up to 150 Mbps. The space sits in Libertad, General Luna – a quieter area away from the main tourist strip. Accommodation ranges from private rooms with en-suite bathrooms and queen beds (Nomad Executive) down to 8-bed dorms (Nomad Tribe), with solo rooms and 2-bed semi-privates in between. All rooms include WiFi, pool access, and focus room access. There’s a dipping pool for breaks and an on-site restaurant serving Filipino and Western food. The place is new. Very new. That cuts both ways. The infrastructure is fresh and purpose-built for remote workers, which is good. But there are almost no independent reviews to verify the marketing claims, which means you’re taking their word for it on the internet speeds and power reliability. One early visitor reported the power dropping four times in a single day, each time during calls, with staff promising each outage was “the last.” That may have been a bad day during setup, or it may point to a solar system that wasn’t fully dialed in yet. If you’re considering Lungga, a day visit before committing to a stay would be smart. The concept is exactly right – the execution just needs more runway to prove itself.
