On Tourism Road directly across from Backside Burgers, Pastamigos runs a tight menu and makes every item count. Handmade pasta, cooked fresh – you taste the difference immediately. The staff are attentive without hovering, and the street seating with fans keeps the small space from feeling cramped. Order the Ragu, the Ravioli with cream and garlic, or the Mushroom Ravioli with Truffle and Parmesan if you want something that’ll haunt you when you’re back home eating subpar pasta. The Tagliatelle Al Gamberi Cajun is worth it if you want heat in the mix. Open daily – bring pesos because cash-only is the island default and nothing here signals otherwise. If you need a twelve-page menu and a loyalty card system, this isn’t your spot. (There are plenty of those.) But if you want pasta that a nonno wouldn’t hurl across the room in disgust, this is the right call. Go early dinner before the seating fills and the road gets noisy.
