Seijaku
Seijaku is the matcha spot on Siargao, and not just by default – the quality is legitimately good, the kind where you can actually taste the difference from powdered-mix imposters. They run a cart concept with a focused menu built around matcha in ways you don’t usually see: Pandan Matcha with Matcha Cream, Strawberry Matcha, Cinnamon Earl Grey matcha variations, matcha with coconut water. Default milk is oat milk, which tells you something about how seriously they take this. Staff will ask if you want adjustments, so if you’re particular about sweetness levels or milk options, just say so. The space is small and warm with Ghibli figures on the shelves (yes, really). It’s the kind of place that earns regulars fast – multiple reviewers came back every single day of their trip.
