Ver De Palawan began its journey on January 11, 2020, in Puerto Princesa, driven by a passion to elevate vegan cuisine. Just before the challenges of the pandemic, we set out to create plant-based dishes that go beyond expectations — proving that vegan food can be as indulgent, exciting, and satisfying as any meal. We are dedicated to offering a unique plant-based dining experience with dishes that highlight bold flavors and creativity.
